Applying Gym Floor Stencils

What You Need

  • A Squeegee (Included)
  • A Razor Knife
  • Paint
  • Praters Vinyl Stencils

Instructions

Step 1
Once you decide where the logo needs to be painted, use masking tape to mark the corners of the stencil panel. This will ensure accurate positioning when it is stuck. Holding both ends, flip the stencil to the other side.
Step 2
Once the stencil is flipped, carefully remove the backing.
Step 3
Carefully flip the stencil back over, placing the corners of the stencil in the corners of the masking tape you made in step one.
Step 4
Squeegee back and forth across the entire stencil to ensure it is properly stuck to the floor.
Step 5
Once the stencil has adhered properly to the floor, carefully remove the application tape from the top of the stencil.
Step 6
Repeat steps 2-5 making sure the top panel lines up properly with the bottom panel using the overlap strips.
Step 7

Once the application tape is removed from the top panel, use a knife to cut out the overlap strips.
